The role includes preaching and participating in Sunday worship (including assisting with sacraments), pastoral care, building and mentoring volunteer teams, local outreach, and maintaining safe and welcoming environments for all ages.

The role manages key communication channels and office operations, maintains records and databases, prepares newsletters and updates digital platforms, and oversees the calendar and hall bookings in collaboration with the Finance Administrator.
